The twinkling suns
In the sky
And although it's a sparing glance
I take the atmosphere in
And let it engulf me
Breathing in the sweet air
Taking it deep into my lungs
Like the scent of the ocean
As a freedom calls to me
Limbs aching
Heart numbing
For someone to see this splendour with me
But until then
I see it alone.
